Note: Every attempt will be made to
give you your first choice of shifts.
• Breakdown/Pick Up
–If
your unsold items are not collected by 3:30
pm on Saturday and you have not contacted a
clothing sale volunteer, all items will be
donated to charity.
• All sellers are required to be
present for Friday night (7:00 – 9:00
pm) set up and Saturday (1:00 – 4:00
pm) breakdown or you must notify the
Consign Sale Chairperson if someone else is
coming in your place. That person will be
solely responsible for setting up your sale
items and/or picking up any unsold
items.
• All items being sold must be tagged
using current IAPOMC bar coded tags printed
from My Consignment Manager program on
white 60 – 67 pound cardstock.NO REGULAR PAPER IS
PERMITTED.
All clothing items must
be sized, sorted and tagged as explained in
the rules and instructions before being
brought to the sale.
• A copy of the Rules and
Instructions will be provided to each
seller upon receipt of registration from
and non refundable registration fee.

• IAPOMC cannot be held responsible
or liable for items that are lost, stolen
or damaged.
• All sellers must
attend a
sellers meeting prior to the sale.
I have read and understand the
guidelines for the IAPOMC Spring 2009
Consignment Sale and will follow them. If I
am unable to fulfill my responsibility to
sell or work the shifts I have been
assigned, I will notify the Consign Sale
Chairperson immediately.
I agree not to knowingly sell products
that exceed lead limits set by the Consumer
Products Safety Commission (CSPC) or to
sell recalled products. I am responsible
for checking my sale items on the CPSC
website (www.cpsc.gov) database of recalled items. I will not sell
any item that is likely to have lead
content, is flimsily made and easily
breakable into small parts or lacks a
recommended age warning
label.
