I have read and understand the guidelines for the IAPOMC Spring 2009 Consignment Sale and will follow them. If I am unable to fulfill my responsibility to sell or work the shifts I have been assigned, I will notify the Consign Sale Chairperson immediately.

I agree not to knowingly sell products that exceed lead limits set by the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CSPC) or to sell recalled products. I am responsible for checking my sale items on the CPSC website (www.cpsc.gov) database of recalled items. I will not sell any item that is likely to have lead content, is flimsily made and easily breakable into small parts or lacks a recommended age warning label.
